These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mammateur Pty Ltd ("Mammateur", "we", "us", "our") website and the engagement of our home renovation services. By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation, or engaging Mammateur to carry out any renovation work, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form part of any written contract or service agreement entered into between you and Mammateur. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific written agreement, the terms of the written agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Mammateur provides home renovation and improvement services across Australia, including but not limited to:

The specific scope of work for each project will be detailed in a formal quotation or contract provided to you before work commences. Any services not explicitly described in the agreed quotation or contract are excluded from the scope of work.

Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Mammateur are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Quotations are based on the information provided to us at the time of the site inspection or consultation, and the following conditions apply:

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. In general, our standard payment structure is as follows:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon in your contract. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project if payments are not received in accordance with agreed terms.

Mammateur stands behind the quality of our workmanship. We provide the following warranties:

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, or events beyond our control such as natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mammateur's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of use, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from the services we provide shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
